Returns and Exchanges
If your item arrives defected, we offer refunds via in store credit or an exchange for the same item. Additionally, if items do not fit we offer exchanges for an item of equal value or in store credit. Customers will be liable for all shipping charges on exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns made 5 days after you recieve it in the mail.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and in store credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We process refunds 5-10 days after we recieve the item.
If you have still not recieved your item past the processing time and we have not reached out to you, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.
Claims made after 5 days of delivery will be automatically refused.
Items will be LABELED AS USED IF ANY TAGS OR STICKERS ARE REMOVED. Make sure to inspect and test fit your items before removing anything attatched. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns caused by the shipping company. Please consider insurance with the shipping company for all returns.
