Returns and Exchanges
***Custom made items can NOT be returned or exchanged unless defective***
Free returns and exchanges on all U.S orders.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.
To initiate a return or exchange please visit our Returns Center. We require proof of purchase via order number, tracking number, and email. We only accept returns and exchanges made up to 30 days after you recieve it in the mail.
Exchanges made without sending back the original item within 14 days will be charged the full amount with the credit card on file.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, your choice of in store credit or refund to your original payment method will automatically be applied to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We process refunds 5-10 days after we recieve the item.
If you have still not recieved your item past the processing time and we have not reached out to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective. Sale items will not apply and can be exchanged or returned.
Returns and exchanges are determined on a case by case basis, some exceptions to this policy can apply.
